Below is a summary of all rates and applicable
fees upon usage of Blacktalon's Consulting, Augmenter, SmartSolutions
and Holistic HR 3.0 Plan.
All rates are listed in Canadian Dollars.
Each consultation rate is based on the following three elements: Distance,
Duration and Difficulty.
Payment Plan
Blacktalon makes it easy and affordable to bring holistic empowerment
solutions into your organization.
Our plan is separated into three payments
which are applied as follows:
First Payment: 25% of total estimated
balance up front.
Second Payment: 25% eight weeks after receipt of initial payment
Final Payment: 50% and any outstanding charges eight weeks
after second payment.
General Consultation Rates
Hourly Rate
All general consultations utilize the most up-to-date information pertaining
to best practices and Government legislation to provide you with the
most accurate service possible. First hour of initial consultation
is free.
Bilingual Consultation
Hourly Rate + Premium
We are proud to be able to provide service in both English and French.
All our people are fluent in both languages to serve you better. First
hour of initial consultation is free.
Augmenter Series, SmartSolutions,
Employment Brokerage and HR 3.0 Business Plan
Each of these modules are on a per-project
basis, plus 50% of all travel, materials or miscellaneous fees incurred.
We are presently formulating a PDF-format
