With our holistic change management process, we involve all parties (staff and management), help with the preparation, administration and execution of the change and offer clear-cut details to make the transition smooth and safe.


Steps in a Holistic Change Management Sequence

Initial Assessment We'll discuss the merits of the planned change with you. Here we identify the purpose of the change and who the affected parties are.

Collation and Presentation The documentation outlining the change and how it will affect the company as a whole is prepared and presented to internal stakeholders. This gives them a chance to ask questions and offer amendments to the proposed change before it's officially executed.

Second Draft Alterations to the change are assessed and applied. Information is then resubmitted to stakeholders again. Upon their consent, the change is then put into place.

Preparing the Environment Efforts are directed at preparing staff, customers (if directly affected) and management for the proposed change. Posters, booklets, charts, and other supporting paraphernalia are used to instill the new change all around the company.

Execution & Monitoring The change is executed and carefully monitored for the first year; proposed reviews of the change are made after the first year of implementation.
