of direct performance-based models (profit-sharing) into base compensation.
The Execution Stage
implements the planned compensation alterations. Information gathered
during the Preparation Stage are factored into the development of
the new holistic compensation & benefits strategy. Information
sheets, booklets and designated staff are employed to field questions,
offer suggestions and troubleshoot.
The Evaluation Stage
measures the effectiveness of the new compensation guidelines after
a six- and 12-month period, respectively.
It make staff a more central part in the
organization's success and directly links them to its overall performance.
