Anecdote-a-Day Archives

September 8th, 2008

It's always a letdown whenever you stir a protein drink and the majority of the protein just clumps itself up without properly spreading and disolving itself.

That's what can happen in an organization who doesn't apply proper stirring techniques to blend the new injection of protein into the arms of the company. Or perhaps it's of the wrong kind; maybe the mix is of the wrong kind, or it's not blending well with the fluid it's introduced to.

Whatever the reason, it takes rigourous effort to totally disolve those extra granules and ensure that there is no wasted energy nor talent lingering where it doesn't need to be.

Take the moment to apply stirring techniques to the vast array of talent proteins in your company. Once it's appropriately distributed, your company muscles will definitely be stronger than they were before.
