It's amazing what happens
when you look under rocks and rotten logs deep in the wood.
What might appear to be
dull and boring or unattractive to the initial eye may not entirely
be so. Think of what happens when you look underneath a water-soaked
log after a fresh rainfall. Salamanders and toads find homes; what was
deemed lifeless was teeming full of life.
Imagine what you can find
if you turn over rocks and look under water-soaked logs in your organization.
If you're lucky, you'll find the face of new life staring you in the
eyes upon its revelation.

"A
tragedy is a representation of an action that is whole and complete and
of a certain magnitude. A whole is what has a beginning and middle and
end."
