Sometimes being stuck has
positive bearings more than one would think.
Writer's Block is a frequent
occurrence thath appens to authors of many scopes and sizes. So in depth
into their trade they are that sometimes their creativity comes to a
sudden halt, leaving them feel frustrated, stressed and depressed.
Yet within that turmoil
one enters into deep contemplative thought. This thinking pattern eventually
removes the clouded barriers preventing the mind from truly analyzing
things accordingly.
Whence the mind is cleared
appropriately, the intuitive mind reconnects with itself and the once-blocked
psyche is now wide open, allowing pure thought and vision to occur where
it once couldn't.
Career-fatigue is a condition
where a person can no longer tolerate or handle the working style they
presently hold, unable to move up or across the organization into other
areas. They become more frustrated, distraught and lost with their life
goals as a result, which directly affects their productivity, performance
and degree of dedication they give towards the organization in general.
Organizations who have strong
human-friendly atmosphere normally provide opportunities for staff to
move throughout and get their feet wet doing a variety of different
tasks.
Career-fatigue happens when
there are no opportunities for lateral movement or additional training.
Thus it reminds someone of writer's block.
Take a moment to step outside
of the box and peer at what's going on around you, from every facet
and angle you can possibly imagine. Nothing is holding you to your desk
or preventing you from moving elsewhere, should there be no other opportunities
available at your present organization.
Take a full assessment of
your capabilities and what you have accomplished so far. This may be
the leverage you need in order to negotiate for a better deal, at your
present job or elsewhere.
The sky's the limit; no,
the universe is the limit. Take the initiative and embrace the roadblock
you've come to. For it has given you an opportunity to stop you from
going down a more dangerous road.
It's time to take a detour...
